Chef Zhe Jacinto

Chef Zhe Jacinto took her love for food and developed a culinary career by working and collaborating with various establishments in the country.

With her refined Filipino techniques adding Thai cuisine to her culinary repertoire, she was acclaimed as the Culinarian Ambassadress of the United Hotelier of the Philippines. She became part of the Board of Directors for the Academy of Culinary Excellence and came to be a consultant at Heritage and Singson beach resort in Ilocos Sur. She also worked in collaboration/partnership with huge enterprises such as LuzViMinda Serye 6, F1 Hotel Manila and Movenpick Hotel Resort Cebu.

Being one of the most-sought after chefs in the country, she became a brand endorser of Egcellent Life Solution, Menu Appenzell and brand ambassador of CDO Foodsphere and Oriental Merchants Inc. She was also invited to speak in Marriott Hotel, Astoria Plaza for HRM students and hoteliers, some known universities in Manila. Inspiring them with her deep-rooted passion, broad knowledge and interminable innovation.
