As a Leader, Sole Proprietor, Creative director & Pastry Chef, I’ve learned that failure will always come. I’ve learned to give it a big squeeze, smile at it, humble myself to it and then use it as a springboard to send me on my way to strength, success, and fulfillment.
Coming from a family of chefs, my uncle one of the members of the worlds prestigious organization, (The Chaine des Rotisseurs as Chef Rotisseur), and Corporate Executive Chef of Vikings Philippines was my mentor and provided with close guidance of my mother, (Retired Pastry Chef of Manila Midtown hotel) and two eldest brothers; Calvin Rabino (Pastry Baker in Canada) & Gerald Rabino, (Demi Chef De Partie of Okada Manila) I was able to put-up my own baking studio in Alabang, Muntinlupa at the age of 27. Surrounded with food, pastries and world class chef/s is such Blessing indeed.
October 2017 was my first breakthrough, the founding date of Des Patisseries Food Enterprises and in 2019, Was the release of my own brand of Milk-tea powders, (Recipe of Success by Chef Kris Klein) that you can avail here in our website & shopee store.
The cycle of life is simple. You just have to work it out from the bottom going up.
