Chef Norma Melicio
Chef Norma Melicio is a Bread and Pastry graduate of MOST Institute Culinary School and TESDA Las Piñas Manpower to master her profession in Bread and Pastry making. She also took commercial cooking (cookery) and graduated also from her previous institute.
But Chef Norma didn’t focus only on Bread and Pastry but she also took a Japanese Cuisine Course from TESDA that give her the knowledge on different type of Japanese Cuisine. Chef Norma believes that you should be flexible in the industry so she took 55 different hands-on workshop for Baking and Hot Kitchen to broaden more her abilities.
