Chef Greggie Mercado

Chef Greggie Mercado is the owner of Aging’s Food Delight, Marketing Manager and Chef Owner of GEM Cakes and Pastries Demo Chef of Cook Magazine. He was featured on famous television shows like Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho, Umagang Kay Ganda, Unang Hirit, King Sue and many more.

Before doing is own business in pastry industry he was Head Cake Decorator of The Lollicake Factory. Chef Greggie was an achiever and received numerous awards like:
