Chef Gerald Rabino is a Demi-Chef De Partie who graduated with the degree in Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management in Philippine Womens University. In 2007-2009, Chef Gerald Mastered his skills & crafts in UAE and started to work for various Luxury Cruise Ships (Thompson Celebration, Carnival & Marco Polo) and traveled across European river, USA, Caribbean, Bahamas, & Eastern Seabord for 8 years, from 2009 – 2016.
In 2016, he finally decided to settle down together with his family. Chef Gerald took the offer from one of largest 5 HOTEL, RESORT & CASINO in the Philippines, where he works as a Demi-Chef De Partie up to the present.
Chef Gerald wanted to share his skills, techniques and all his knowledge in making his authentic Italian Pizza from scratch using high-quality cheeses and pizza dough.
