1. Scope of Terms
These terms govern all contents, tools and data made through the Developing Engine of Des Patisseries Online Workshop and Studio.
2. Acceptance
You accept and agree to these terms when you place an order with Des Patisseries Online Workshop and Studio. The Online Workshop and Studio will not be liable or held responsible for any authorized, unauthorized or wrong charge of your credit card pertaining to this reservation.
3. Consent
By completing a transaction using your debit and credit card, you are authorizing us to store your payment information. This will enable us to process and confirm your reservation with Des Patisseries Online Workshop and Studio.
4. Checkout for Payment
To guarantee your payment, Des Patisseries Online Workshop and Studio provides three (3) sets of mode of payment for your choice. There will be a service charge in some specific bank. This charge is non-refundable.
5. Confirmed Enrollment
The enrollment is considered confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Please save this for your reference.
6. Modification and Cancellation Terms
You may be charged for modification and cancellation as per the stated policy of your enrollment. Please note, however, that certain rates or special promos are not eligible for modification and cancellation.
7. Secure Reservation Processing
The credit card and enrollee’s information collected from the third party payment method are protected and securely transmitted via a secure channel.
8. No Liability
Neither Des Patisseries Online Workshop and Studio, nor our online web provider nor any of our directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives, will be liable for any loss of or damage to property arising out of or in connection with your use of any information, products, services and/or the materials offered through this website, including but not limited to, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, or any indirect or consequential loss or damages.
9. Governing Law
Your online enrollment is governed by the laws of the Philippines and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Des Patisseries Online Workshop and Studio. If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you shall remain bound by all other provisions hereof. In such event, such invalid provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and you will at least agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable or non-binding provision, given the contents and purpose of these terms and conditions.
