I discovered my passion in baking by watching multiple Youtube videos on baking and cake decorating. The very first baked recipe I tried was a cheesecake recipe. Cheesecake has always been my all time favourite cake. That’s why when I successfully baked a cheesecake from a recipe I found online, after trying out other recipes, I started selling it to my friends and officemates. I even joined several bazaars to sell my cheesecakes. During this time, I already developed 12-16 flavors of cheesecake. Months and months later, I created my so-called Cheesecake Sampler, which has 10 or 12 flavors of cheesecake in one. Since then, my orders increased, my market widened and even had the opportunity to conduct workshops all over the country and abroad to teach the technique on how to make my cheesecake sampler.

My cheesecake sampler has always been a best selling item everytime I offer them on special occasions like Valentine’s day or mothers day and most especially on Christmas season.
