Chef Reden Molina is a graduate of Associate of Arts in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Baguio. He started his career as a;

- former culinary instructor at Chefs Academy accredited by TESDA for 1 year
- former sous chef at Rasa Pura Singaporean Seafood Restaurant for 1 year
- became former Head Chef of Bloomfield Hotel and Camp CIBI CORP for 3 years
- now the current Head Chef of Bistro Lokal
About Bistro Lokal:
Bistro Lokal is all about local dining that highlights the culinary culture of the Cordillera and the Ilocano regions. Opened last September 2018 and first to offer and specialize “menu degustation” a ten to twelve menu course in Baguio City headed by Chef Miko Dy and his best friend and business partner Chef Reden Moilna. Chef Miko’s idea about Bistro Lokal is not purely about business but to showcase the artistry and passion of their craft when it comes to serving and food preparations.
Bistro Lokal is known for their open kitchen to show their customer the talent poured in the food preparation. When it comes to style, Bistro Lokal caters local flavor such as Kwek Kwek Hipon, Laing Pebbles, Bistro Kaldereta, Mamang Taho and many more that will satisfy your cravings.
