Levain Cookies is a famous store in New York City serving a wide variety of MONSTER COOKIES (200g cookie). Chef Kris Klein will introduce the Korean Levian Cookies in 3 ways & Old fashioned Butter Cookies.
PS : It took me 6 kitchen testing attempt just to get the closest texture of levain cookies. Even International chefs had a hard time to perfect the replica.
